Training, Communication and Culture
Skills Evolution provide a comprehensive programme of communications work that analyses, designs and delivers activities to resolve the issues arising from the staff satisfaction surveys. The intention of these programmes is to communicate change, assist adoption of change and to alter the perception of the IT Team after improvements to services and their delivery.
Typically the Communications programme may include:
- Regular newsletters to staff from IT;
- An IT Service Catalogue;
- Intranet site / Service Catalogue;
- Quick reference guides to services;
- Seminars and training;
- Online induction course;
- Focus groups;
- An identity for the improved IT Team.
Adoption of the new ways of working is cemented through a mixture of on the job training about the new process and procedures and mentoring the individuals through their adoption curve by an experienced practitioner from the Skills Evolution team.
