Process Improvement for the IT Department:
Process improvement consultancy and delivery programmes that are based upon industry best practices and the ITIL V3 framework:
Each module contains: existing process assessment; new process definition; documentation; integration with your Service Management and Service Desk tools; a Communication Programme; training of staff in the new processes; Mentoring to ensure an understanding and proficiency in how they work in practice; and post live support.
Mentoring per process:
After each new process is created and agreed with the Technology team a skilled practitioner can be put in place to: mentor the staff in the new processes; bed-in the new processes; adjust and improve them in the light of use; and ensure the cultural change to adopt the new processes and ways of working within your Technology team.
