Organisational Change
Too many consultancies focus on organisational change from either an HR perspective (managing the people through the change) or a Process perspective (project managing a change initiative such as re-engineering systems or structures). At Skills Evolution we strongly believe that one cannot take place without the other.
We aim to help HR Directors bring a more rigorous, process driven approach to their change programmes, without losing site of the key role people play in the success of any new initiative.
Each change is unique - range from smaller, more specific changes such as creating a coaching culture amongst managers; through to a more complex changes such as mergers or restructuring. Whatever the scale of change, we adhere to four key principles that drive our success.
