ITIL Training and Qualifications:

A comprehensive range of ITIL qualification courses that are delivered by experienced trainers. These courses can be run on your site, to your IT teams, at the appropriate time in a Service Improvement Programme. These are often pivotal to adoption of best practices by the IT teams. We offer three levels of ITIL training course: ITIL Awareness one day course; ITIL Foundation three day course plus exam; ITIL Manager two week plus revision day and exams.

ITIL Awareness Course

The awareness course is designed to give IT and Business people an overview of the benefits, and major elements, of ITIL

ITIL Foundation Level Course

A three-day training course leading to the ISEB Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. This course provides a solid foundation for those seeking an entry-level professional qualification in IT Service Management.

The courses are delivered by ISEB/EXIN accredited trainers, who will be on hand at all times during the course to offer practical advice and guidance and facilitate valuable discussion.

ITIL Managers Course

The Full Management Certificate is for those who are in charge of the ITIL implementation / process in the IT department. It covers all aspects of the ITIL Curriculum. Delegates must have obtained their Foundation Certificate before undertaking the Service Support and Service Delivery courses.

The 11 day (two blocks of 5 days and 1 revision day) courses are delivered by ISEB/EXIN accredited trainers, who will be on hand at all times during the course to offer practical advice and guidance and facilitate valuable discussion.

A comprehensive course manual is provided to all candidates, as well as the ITIL Service Support and ITIL Service Delivery books.
