The Business Partnership Programme for HR Professionals

Skills Evolution offers bespoke training and development to support the needs of your HR Business Partners. Typically, this will begin by carrying out some diagnostic work, using focused interviews, group facilitated sessions and/individual diagnosis, to assess the training and development needs of the Business Partners and the function as a whole.
Following the diagnostic work, a range of solutions may be offered, which could include:

Development centres assessing against Business Partner competencies

Using either your own set of Business Partner competencies, or Skills Evolution's set of Business Partner competencies, we can tailor a development centre to focus on the competencies you are seeking to develop. Core areas are likely to be:
